Crushed Stone
We carry two different types of crushed stone in bulk form
⅜" Washed Stone
This stone is light brown and gray in color it is 80% natural round and 20% crushed. It can be used for garden pathways as it being easy to walk on for children and pets. Many times it is used in Dog pens to keep the area dry and free of mud. Most commonly it is the aggregate used in concrete or we can blend it with stone dust for a very fine walkway base
¾" Crushed Stone
This stone is light blue and gray in color it is 100% crushed trap rock It also can be used for walkways driveways, it is much larger than ⅜" and being crushed it is sharper or more angular giving it the ability to lock together better for driveway applications. It makes and excellent base material for concrete pads or drainage applications. It can also be used as an aggregate for concrete footings or foundations
